Sales/Office Assistant

Partnered Solutions IT is seeking a Sales/Office Assistant to join our ranks. The ideal candidate is prompt, proactive, well organized, has a friendly and polite demeanor, and is a good communicator. We are looking for someone to work at our front desk greeting clients, answering phones, working with our Account Executives in creating contract quotes, confirming meeting dates and times, as well as some basic filing and scanning duties.


  • Solid understanding of Windows Operating Systems and general troubleshooting
  • A desire to learn more about computers and networking systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service.
  • Skill with multi-line phones.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Experience counts more than certifications
  • Ability to work independently once strategy and direction are identified
  • Good communication skills, phone etiquette, and numeracy
  • Customer service experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to follow procedures

Duration, Hours, Compensation

  • $11.50/hour
  • 5 days per week: 9am – 3:00pm
  • Paid sick leave
  • This is a summer-only position
