System Administrator 

Partnered Solutions IT is seeking a System Administrator in the Eugene area to join our ranks. A Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and the technical aspects of clients’ infrastructure. This may include servers, desktops, network infrastructure, mobile devices, printers, cloud services, and other technology. They are expected to be proactive in solving problems and handle issues with little supervision while remaining professional at all times, as well as to give input and support for coworkers. A system administrator is analytical in triaging and troubleshooting problems while taking ownership of the issues they encounter. They will provide professional recommendations to clients, coworkers, and management, as well as interface with vendors. At times, a systems administrator may be required to work outside of the core business hours to reduce impact on primary business function.

Qualifications

  • Self-starter, proactive, positive, creative, and flexible.
  • Good understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • 4+ years experience with Windows Server.
  • Cisco, Microsoft, or other certifications
  • Good understanding of network protocols.
  • Discipline to document technical notes in a clear, comprehensive and organized manner.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including occasional weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.

Duration, Hours, Compensation

  • • $42k - $65k/year, DOE
    • 40 hours per week minimum

Remote-and-Onsite-Support

Outside Sales Representative

Partnered Solutions IT is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join our ranks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, prompt, proactive, well organized, has a friendly and polite demeanor, and has excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone to work in the Salem/Corvallis region and who will commute to our corporate office in Eugene once a week to catch up with our team and relay new prospect information. They will also be expected to network at the different Chamber events in Salem and Corvallis and join at least one networking group.

Partnered Solutions IT has been in business since 2011, and in that time has grown by an average of 30% year over year. Our secret to success is simple, treat your employees as well as your treat your clients. Our primary customer base is in Central Oregon, though we have clients all along the I-5 corridor and as far East as Florida.

Responsibilities 

  • Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings daily
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Go to networking events and join a networking group
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts
  • Educate customers on how services can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Monitor industry competition, new service offerings, and market conditions to help better understand a prospective customer’s specific needs
  • Work with your manager to promote the brand in your territory

Qualifications

  •       IT sales experience - experience counts more than certifications
  •       Ability to work independently once strategy and direction are identified
  •       Good communication skills and numeracy
  •       Customer service experience
  •       Computer literacy
  •       Ability to follow procedures
  •       CRM experience
