Systems Administrator

A Systems Administrator is responsible for managing the technical aspects of clients’ infrastructure. This may include servers, desktops, network infrastructure, mobile devices, printers, cloud services, and other technology. They are expected to be proactive in solving problems and handle issues with little supervision while remaining professional at all times, as well as giving input and support to coworkers. A system administrator is analytical in triaging and troubleshooting problems while taking ownership of the issues they encounter. They will provide professional recommendations to clients, coworkers, and management, as well as interface with vendors. At times, a systems administrator may be required to work outside of the core business hours to reduce the impact on primary business functions.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years in a technical system administration support role supporting mission-critical applications
  • Commitment to deadlines and the ability to meet the needs of a 24x7 computing environment
  • Health Care/HIPAA experience and/or MSP experience
  • Cisco, Microsoft, or other certifications preferred
  • Demonstrates great competency with Windows Server
  • Good understanding of computer hardware and software
  • Good understanding of network protocols
  • Possess proven project management and leadership skills with a demonstrated excellence in customer service
  • Discipline to document technical notes in a clear, comprehensive, and organized manner
  • self-starter, proactive, positive, creative, and flexible 
  • Can display excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong team player with the ability to work on cross-functional teams. Able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with other associates 
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including occasional weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Willingness to undergo a general background check that includes a local and state criminal history check
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Current and valid driver's license and reliable transportation required 

Duration, Hours, Compensation

  • Full-time (40-45 hours/week) in-office position
  • Pay Rate: $60,000 - $75,000+ annually DOE, paid at hourly rate (unlike salary wages, we want to pay you for every minute you work!)
  • Automatic 5% pay increase after completing probationary period 
  • Annual COLA + performance raises

IT Sales Representative

Partnered Solutions IT is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable IT sales associate to promote and sell our managed IT services and solutions. In this role, your duties will include familiarizing yourself with the technical specifications of our services, assessing prospective clients' IT needs, and demonstrating our IT solutions to potential clients.

Responsibilities 

  • Prospect potential clients using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
  • Travel within sales territory to meet prospective clients
  • Assess client IT needs and make recommendations, including IT equipment and service contracts
  • Presenting your findings to and working closely with the technical team
  • Negotiate sales and long-term contracts with clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with new clients
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and client accounts
  • Educate clients on how services can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Monitor industry competition, new service offerings, and market conditions to help better understand a prospective client's specific needs
  • Establish sales goals and implement a plan to meet those goals
  • Work with your manager to promote the brand in your territory
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in IT consulting/sales - experience counts more than certificates
  • Ability to work independently once strategy and direction are identified
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software
  • Current and valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

  • Full-time, in-office position
  • Base Salary of $50,000/year + Commissions
  • Annual COLA + performance raises
